"A mechanic did not put protection in the interior my mother's car during work. Grease from his clothes were on the seats and his greasy hands ruined her steering wheel cover."
"This is a great place for just about all of your automotive needs. I will always bring my vehicles here. This is the first time I've gotten CHICK FIL A like service in another business. (My pleasure!) The entire staff is nice, respectful, and friendly. 10 out of 10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"
"Driving by and decided to get my emissions and safety done. Plenty of time to get it done, they took me right in and not only was the safety and emissions done they found out why the car was draining the battery..the negative cable was rotted, car has 310k something bound to happen but they fixed it. Great Service, friendly staff"
"TL;DR They took my car, told me they put my alignment into specifications, LIED about it on the spec sheet, then agreed to do it again when they were caught. Then when they were caught again destroying the toe cam bolt and nut, they refused to make it right. With the cost of the alignment, the replacement parts destroyed due to their negligence, I'm out $400. And that's only so low because I do my own work. Easily cost someone else more than $1000. Full Story: I have a car that is 24 years old and owned it for 20 of those years, the shocks, springs and related hardware all needed to be replaced, front and rear. In a previous career as mechanic with ASE Certifications A1, A4 and A5, I felt comfortable replacing everything that needed it. After replacing I knew it needed an alignment so I took it to this shop. Big mistake. I showed up, dropped the car off, called me a few hours later telling me I had "a huge oil leak. Oil is literally on everything." And to be fair, I knew oil was on literally everything. Common sense would have said, oil doesn't get on "literally everything." But since common sense wasn't present, I had to let them know it was a lanolin coating. They were confused. I told them this is the rust belt, there are lanolin coatings (Fluid Film, Woolwax, Surface Shield) that prevent rusting. They told me they would call me back. After they called me back (they just proceeded with the alignment) and told me my car was done, I went to go pick it up. I look at the car and the first thing I notice, the right rear wheel has about a 5° negative camber and the left looked like 0° camber. The sheet they gave me with the readings said that both sides were within spec and close to the same camber. I went back inside told them the issue, they pointed to the paper saying it was all good. I asked them to just come look at it, so they did. The clerk immediately saw what I saw and agreed to have me bring the car back in two days (I had a funeral to attend the next day). THIS MEANS THEY FUDGED THE NUMBERS ON THE SHEET TO GET INTO SPECS, then give it back to me, take my ~$300, and the clerk realized this. Driving the vehicle the next day revealed that it was pulling left, yet another thing that was wrong with the alignment. Took it back, as agreed and left it with them. Everything looked fine, still pulling left though. Being a cautious mechanic I mark all my nuts and bolts so I can check them to make sure they are staying tight. So 500 miles later I jack up the car and the first thing I notice are the toe bolt and nut jacked up, on both sides (they are keyed so they move together and they are now twisted and out of alignment and are effectively destroyed). The locking nut isn't tight and my alignment has shifted because the nut wasn't tight and could have caused the destruction of the toe cam bolt and nut. I called and told them, and was dismissed. I kinda figured that was going to happen, but had to try. They took my car, told me they put my alignment into specifications, LIED about it on the spec sheet, then agreed to do it again when they were caught. Then when they were caught again destroying the toe cam bolt and nut, they refused to make it right."
"I went there because of a drew in my tire. They said it didn’t puncture the tire. They said they wanted to show me something. That I needed 2 tires because of an alignment issue. They are bald on both insides. I was given a choice between 3 tires. The recommended one first. I was told I’ll get a free alignment with the purchase of 2 tires. It will cost me are 400. I thought about it but I wasn’t prepared for that. I said I’d prefer to get all 4 tires when I replace them. I’m not going to do it today. She told me to think about. I knew I had a lot of thing’s coming up including leaving town for a vacation. I was thinking of calling around but said I’ll wait until I get back. I know tires are often on sale but 3 and get the 4th. I didn’t cal anyone. I called them back. The woman was rude. She said I said I would come back and never did with a nasty attitude. She said they didn’t have any notes because I said I would come back and never did. Which was untrue. I told her about the 2 tires with a free alignment. She was very rude and rudely said we don’t do free alignments. They cost such and such. I politely got off the phone. This is poor customer service. In spite of her rudeness I was prepared to come in today or make an appointment. But she isn’t going to homer what I was quoted I will be looking for tires elsewhere."
