"Been a loyal customer for years with this company had the pleasure of meetings and getting to know all of the mechanics. purchase a set of new tires for my wife's truck somehow she ran over a nail and I plugged it to make it back to Meineke without damaging the tire after getting back to the shop the new general manager Carl argued back and forth about fixing the tire calling me and my wife YOU PEOPLE!! and told me that he wasn't offering me any service and he'd call The police for trespassing Wasn't being professional at all as if it was a joke seems to me that Carl likins don't like serving US PEOPLE!"

"If I could a negative five star I would! Customer service is horrible due to this new manager Carl who has no clue how to treat his customers.. I was not call by my name I was directed as YOU PEOPLE!! And was refused service as he stated the owner approved I’ve been getting service from this location over five years as well as other locations and had never had any issues I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AGAIN ! And I have a lot of people I’ve recommended . Now I know he doesn’t like giving service to US PEOPLE I most definitely will let it be known!"

"ZERO STARS!! Went in for an oil change, came out with a laundry list of things wrong with my car. My husband was told that my rear brakes and rotors were "roached". $600 to fix. This sounded odd, considering my brakes were just replaced not long ago. I had another mechanic, friend, look at them, and then order the parts we needed for him to do the work. $230 compared to $606.40 seemed more reasonable to us. After he inspected the brakes, he found the brakes were PERFECTLY FINE!! I was given a 3 page list of so many things that needed to be fixed! How do you trust that information to be an honest assessment??! The manager of the store told me he does honest work, and I just wanted to insult him...to which he didn't have the time, and hung up. No accountability speaks volumes! DO NOT TRUST these people!! Get a second opinion if you do go there, but why would you when the manager has zero interest in customer service or concern on work ethic."

"Cal was so helpful! I had no way of getting home as they were going to be several hours fixing my car. So he very generously took me home. They did an awesome job and will continue to use their services!!"

"Great service. I scheduled my Inspection online and unfortunately the system glitched and the guys didn't have any record of my appointment. They were able to get me in right away. Super friendly, convenient and a nice little waiting area. I will be back for my oil changes for sure!"
