"I have a Hyundai and it recently got broken into. Not only did they smash my rear window but completely tore up the steering column. Calling around to a few mechanic shops in the area none of them did steering column repairs, but got the name of Fitz’z from one of them. I called and was pleasantly surprised with how empathetic they were. I was able to get my car in the same day and they made a stressful and unpleasant situation as easy and stress free as possible. They were able to communicate with the issuance company and handle all the payment information. They even went to bat for me with the insurance company and made sure they reimbursed the full price of the repair. Josh was my point of contact the whole time and he was amazing. Always keeping me well informed every step of the way. This also happened a week before Christmas and they were able to rush order parts and get everything to me before they closed for Christmas.
