"Nice, fast, efficient, affordable and a clean facility"
"My son's braces and the process was fine. The problem we had is with the retainers, after the removal of the braces. The retainers we purchased at Markarian fell apart in under 2 years. This left us with the option of more charges because his teeth shifted. We also had to pay for new retainers. The lack of information I received was costly. If the options were better presented to us at removal we would have saved over 1200.00 dollars on top of my son be uncomfortable for three months. When I offered feedback and it was really glossed over. I was told "we try not to oversell". It really isn't about overselling, it is about giving your patients the correct information to choose for the comfort of our child."
"Friendly staff. Great experience for our family. Dr. Markarian is the best."
"They say one thing when they don't actually mean it. My initial appointment was amazing however when it came to referring me to another oral surgeon for an implant I specifically asked if I had to see dr. Markarian again. The answer was no. Then once I booked the appointment with the oral surgeon they wouldn't give me the referral until I saw dr. Markarian again. I work just like everybody else and my off days are limited. Why would you tell someone they don't need to be seen again then once they book an appointment you change your mind, then you make it a prerequisite to make an appointment with me before I can get the referral. I just said forget all of it. What's the point of a patient asking questions if the answers you give don't mean anything"
