"Update: So a new development of a petty dentist. After giving this review on 12.22.23 and obtaining new dentist on 12.18.23 this Dentist Adam B decided to send a letter saying he could not be my dentist on 12.28.23 and allowed me 30 days to continue service. Seriously, how unprofessional can a business get? I already had a new dentist and his business already sent my records to my new dentist. This is hands down the worst because now it has turned into harassment of a patient who already terminated services on the 18th. Written 12.22.23 I would give negative 10 and would refer anyone to use another dental office than this one. I showed up for my appointmentand was asked to sign and pay. All was okay until they gave a different amount because I was under the impression I had a credit because my dental insurance stated something different that i should be paying. In the time of trying to understand why I am paying more money because they NEVER give Receipt of services given at the visit. I was told I could not be seen because it was too late for the dentist to see me (20 mins). So instead of coming out and saying hey let's get you in and we can figure out everything else because I have been a customer for 5 years and have always paid, they decided to cancel me while I was in the office. The meth'd out receptionist was beyond obnoxious and kept saying " I'm trying to help you understand". "Do you not have enough money". I do not need help to understand, I need a receipt for my services and not the initial document you give with all services needed when I got my yearly check up. I also have plenty of money and have $2500 dental insurance but when my insurance says I should be only paying so much money I expect a credit at the dental office. How do you go anywhere and get a receipt for services rendered but at a dentist it's like pulling teeth to get a receipt of services for THAT visit. The dentist is beyond arrogant and in my last appointment kept saying " I'm so good at my job". Like seriously you may be good at being a dentist but not as a business owner nor a HUMAN BEING. It was incredible at the end when I canceled future appointments and asked for my records the receptionist printed a previous receipt and highlights the $ sign. Like seriously what is wrong with you. That's what I needed 20 mins ago or 2 weeks ago. I left the Kids Dentistry (the kids side of watertower dental) for my children because the dentist on that side was so judgmental and made many parent feel shitty because we need a dentist for our children cavities. Like seriously how would she expect to have a job if kiddos didn't need fillings or help with dental. This facility is not worth making yourself less because you want transparency for a service you received and paid for. I have sinse found a new dentist and love that he also does Crowns same day like water tower did. Only reason I stayed at that dental office because I like the same day 90 min root canal and crown. Now off to better!!"
"I just had my teeth cleaned by Kati, and let me tell you, it was magical! She’s friendly with a lovely sense of humor, which always helps when you’re strapped into a dentist chair. Because really… who loves going to the dentist? Having a pleasant dental assistant is a crucial part of the experience. Thanks to Kati and Dr. Lee I walked out of the office with a squeaky clean smile on my face!"

"Got my wisdom teeth taken out here. If you have bad anxiety, tell them beforehand! I suffer from really severe anxiety and they ended up having stop my original operation cause my heart rate spiked while they put me to sleep. For today's operation they gave me a lot ways beforehand to help lower my heart rate and the nurse went out of her way to talk to me a lot so I'd feel calmer. I just got them out today, but as far as I can tell everything went smoothly. My surgeon, Albana Simoni, was great."
"My issue is not necessarily with the office itself. But with the doctor that tended to me. I paid for deep sedation all upfront. And I never was sedated. I express this as I spoke with the doctor during the procedure. Which clearly meant I was not sedated. My appointment was at 11:30 in the morning, After being postponed an extra hour. The procedure did not start until 3 pm. I understand that unexpected things happen. But I also understand that we all have schedules and I had to take off of work that day. This was my first experience with this office and it was not at all what I expected or paid for. I was very upset after the procedure and no one tried to address why. The doctor immediately left the room. I had no chance to ask any questions. I just feel they push me out the backdoor with post op papers. And that was it. I will be reaching out to whoever I need to about this and will be contacting the BBB."
