"Do not go to this place! It's a complete tragedy, I went there when the other dentist used to work there back in I would say 2015 he was great! Some of that staff is still there and that's about the only good staff they have, they took the wire off for my permanent bonded retainer. They put it back on didn't know what they were doing two weeks later all of my teeth are shifting I now have gaps in between what was perfectly straight teeth. She kept changing her prices so I decided not to go back to them for them to do my bottoms after the first nightmare. We had no contract nothing set in stone I don't even believe we had an appointment officially set up. Then she turned me into a collection agency because I didn't go back to her to do my bottom teeth! I promise I cannot make this up. After they messed up my top ones, I read that most dentists will not mess with a permanent bonded retainer without knowing any information of the patient.They don't want to be responsible. She had no consideration none whatsoever. Obviously this dentist is all about money first and foremost they're never going to do work on your teeth if you Don't have good insurance and have not paid upfront.How this even went to a collection agency is beyond me. This woman never touched my bottom teeth! Not only that but my bottom wire which was from the original dentist is still holding On!! The teeth she didn't touch those are my teeth that are still in great condition, after going to a different dentist who explained the wiring aspect to me. I don't know what they did to my top teeth but it doesn't even look like I ever had braces I never had any gaps, ever. The worst thing about my top teeth were the two front ones slightly overlapped. I was getting older and my gums were slightly receding that was what she was supposed to fix and she offered to do my wiring for free because she was charging me a ton of money. I was willing to pay whatever because she claimed to know about the wire and have experience in ortho LIES. They are completely overpriced also when I first was going there I went there about 7 times before I actually got to see the dentist, No one even bothered to call me. Her assistant is completely rude, So basically I just had the one with even less experience messing around in my mouth wondering if she could extract a tooth which neither of them could. Also where I got my back tooth pulled it was not from them, I also paid cash up Front! Anyone who goes to a dentist knows they are not going to work on your mouth for free. Once she found out the work she had to do taking the wire off and on (she didn't know what she was doing) she also changed the price for what she was going to charge me for my bottom teeth. I have the original receipts and the new ones. She was in no position to mess with that wire when she had no idea what she was doing. It wasn't but two days later my brackets were already breaking on the back. That's completely unheard of. Please do not look at this review and thank oh wow this is just one mad patient This is a real person was the real story who was completely done wrong by these people. I don't even leave reviews. Especially never a bad review for anybody. Now I'm in a position where I'm writing to a collection agency and talking to different lawyers. I've tried calling the office many many times. No one will speak to me. I guess once they found out I was not going to them and giving them which was way too much money to do my bottom teeth.They were mad there was nothing they did that was not paid for in advance. Anyone who pays cash at a dentist office is aware of this. Aside from that I'm more so devastated about the job She did on my once beautiful smile that now has gaps. I did my research like I said she was in no position to touch that wire. After the x-ray if she knew what she was doing she should have been careful when cleaning certain teeth. Because I didn't even get started on the problems THIS dentist caused from cleaning my teeth. I'M NOT ONE TO COMPLAIN BUT THIS IS A HORROR STORY!"
