"I didn't have to wait very long. And got two teeth taken out. The staff was very nice. And a pleasant place to go to for your teeth. Dentist Rogier is a very nice dentist and very gentle with my teeth. I would highly recommend him."

"That one star is for me, taking the time and effort to get to my schedule appointment on time. I had never been in this dental office until today. This appointment was made last year in August or September for my little ones' medical records for school. When I walked up to the door, there was a big black pad lock on the outside of the door. Looking in from the outside it didn't appear to be open. My little one pull the door and yes it was open. I walk in, the sign in desk was right there. I told the young man that I have an appointment for 4:30 and I preceded to give him our names. There were two women sitting behind him. They were talking to each other. Before he could say anything to me, one of the two women responded. She was patting the top of her head with her back turned to me and she never turn to face me. She said to me, yeah you probably did have an appointment but it wasn't at 4:30, we don't even see people at 4:30. You have to make another appointment. I was confused. The young man sat there looking just as confused as I was. Every text message sent to my phone from Familiar dentist was a reminder not to miss my 4:30 p.m. appointment. My little one ask me what was wrong, because we turned to leave. I told him, the people in there are obnoxious, unprofessional and very rude to say the least an they need to take a few classes in proper business etiquette. I did not want to be serviced there anyway. The whole atmosphere was dark and dingy and gloomy. It didn't really look clean. I thought this is the local black community dental office, what you see is what you get. I will never return."

"My appointment was scheduled for 10 am I didn’t get back in the room til like 11 or so and Dr Rawaa Rushed to do my teeth I went in to get three teeth pulled she had trouble trying to find the hose that had water to clean my teeth. She struggled with that for 5 min. And I think the nurse lady needed more training. She was throwing a fit cause she couldn’t do the singing thing right. And told me that she was done trying to figure it out and another nurse would be right with me. Which took about 10 mins. And when Dr Rawaa went to come numb my mouth she didn’t even give me a warning or anything to let me kno she was about to stick me with the needle she stuck me a few times but at one point she stuck me and a sharp pain we r through my face and everything went quite and she got upset with me that I asked her to give me a few to catch my breath. And then she could continue. She rushed through the who procedure. And send me on my way with some gauze. Told me to take some antibiotics and didn’t even prescribe me any medication for the pain. As I am writing this I am so uncomfortable and in pain. There is still bleeding which is normal but not this bad. Oh and the faucets in the patient room are disgusting I am posting a picture. I wish I could see the dentist I went in to see Dr rogier. And they keep putting me with the dentist that acts like they don’t kno what they are doing."
