"I had a good experience here, the staff was friendly and there was no judgement, my surgery went really well (wisdom teeth removal) it was a good experience, the paying upfront for the surgery was hard as it was about $1,300 but I figured when insurance paid us back everything would work okay. But now it's 4 months later and I'm being told that my insurance is dragging their feet when in reality my insurance hasn't even been sent the claim (when they have a different claim for the same day)..... So today I asked for the invoice so I could send it to insurance myself. Frankly, it feels like they took the $1,300 and have just been expecting me to forget. This really sucks because I did enjoy going here but I will not be returning after this. if you see that they replied below and asked me to call just know that I have called 2 times today alone with no response and emailed today as well......"

"Amazing amazing staff and crew and I had the loveliest loveliest experience at Francis Park Dentistry this morning! Everyone is so kind and friendly and eased my anxiety so delicately! I loved my experience there and they were very informative and knowledgeable as well as swift and easy to get done with their tasks that needed to get done. They were supportive and so welcoming to me and Sam is absolutely wonderful- I am unsure of the name of the girl that did my cleaning but she was also absolutely amazing and so sweet to me! All over an amazing experience and I cannot wait to make this my main office.Martin the dentist himself was absolutely wonderful, so kind, and deeply knowledgeable about the needs of my teeth. Great experience and 10/10 recommend this office to everyone!"

"I really don't leave reviews but after all of my experiences with this office. They will find a way to overcharge you for a simple cleaning. They will cancel your appointment and make it damn near impossible to get a new one. My chart is a joke because request go unanswered. And if you do get an appointment they will change the time based off their needs without consulting you."

"Normally reviews are pretty accurate. I don't know if this place has a completely new staff but this place and their service does not match the reviews. You have to try for your self. I usually can tell if I'm going to like a place by the initial phone call. My filling fell out while on vacation and I refused to go to my previous dentist. I called this dentist and OMG...I can't say better things. The lady who answered the phone had great listening skills and she handled me perfectly. While she couldn't accommodate me as a new patient, she acknowledged my situation as an emergency and booked me an emergency appointment. I was greeted with a smile and a warm verbal greeting the moment I walked in. They were timely AND efficient. Something else I appreciate is that there are no surprises...or should I say no bad surprises. The office manager is so meticulous about explaining everything possible to avoid confusion later on. That alone is a WIN. Lastly, I want to mention, Poala, I don't know her title but my crown appointment was about 2.5 hours and she communicated each steps with me perfectly! I was rarely left alone and any time I had a question she answered me with such kindness, and she came off very eager to assist me. If you've ever been treated like your question were annoying to someone that was supposed to be helping you, you'd understand just how important this is! 1. If you've been here before, maybe try them again. 2. If you're new, don't trust the reviews (on this one) Give them a try! It won't hurt ya!"
