"I bought a Extang Trifecto 2.0 soft folding truck bed Tonneau Cover from them. Put the year and make, model of my truck and it said it fits. Well the bed cover was too long. I requested a return so they sent me a label but it was for me to pay the shipping because they said it was my error. As I explained to them that they are the ones that said it would fit. So I then asked if I could exchange for the correct size, and if I could get a prepaid label then. Well they came back and said they could give me a deal in a cheaper shipping rates. They wanted me to pay $165 for shipping on top of the $500 I just spent for the cover before they send me the correct size. This company is a straight rip off and this has been by far the worst customer experience that I’ve ever have gone through. DON’T BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!"

"I can’t speak to their ability to fix anything, but I can say their customer service is lacking. When I asked if they’d work with my warranty company he said no multiple times, then asked what that means to work with a warranty company for an oil change (they’ll pay for part of it) and when I started to clarify, he cut me off to say no a several more times and that they don’t work with after market warranties."
