"Quit making me log in 15 times for the same transaction on the app. Quit substituting generics for actual name materials especially when I've had to call the prescribing physician and get them to multiple times phone this in to not be generics. Name vs DOB would be nice."

"Guy in the pharmacy has a rude and bad attitude. Seems like he hates his job. I'm trying to explain but didn't really let me talk. Last time I'm coming here for my medicine needs. It was an curly hair dude I believe indian."

"Normally CVS is pretty good, but not today. I waited in the drive through to drop of my daughters prescription and 10 minutes no response. I went inside to drop it off, and it took another 15 minutes. 25 minutes just to drop off a prescription was ridiculous! They were absolutely slammed in there. Three waiting in line to drop off, one waiting for pickup, one for consultation, and the phone blaring that there were two calls on hold. I felt bad for the employees. They were trying to keep up, but just couldn’t."

"Do not use for COVID test. Had a test scheduled and CVS canceled it 10 minutes before the appointment. Made no attempt to assist finding another location. Apparently if there are not enough appointments they cancel the entire day. No one from Med Clinic was even there to conduct the test."

"Worst experience I’ve ever had at a pharmacy. The pharmacist obviously hates his job here. First thing he said when he snatched my prescription from me was “of course it’s 12 o’clock and everyone wants to be out here”. He proceeded to tell me how my wait was gonna be more than two hours and even then couldn’t tell me if he would be able to do it because everyone wants to come in at midnight. Definitely did not need that attitude after spending 3 hours in the emergency room. So I guess Walgreens down the street will be getting my business instead. Someone needs to really look into what’s going on here because based on the other reviews this has happened one too many times!"
