"I am a new owner of Diversified Pressure Washing and went to Fenix Five for some vinyl letters and perf! It took them 3 weeks to Get a design to me and it was something just thrown together in a few minutes! Very unprofessional and unorganized! I finally went to Top Secret design and had an awesome design made and within a couple days installed! A year ago they tinted my windows and driver side peeled off after a week I kept trying to get it fixed but they kept pushing me off due to them only having one tint installer! I once again went somewhere else!"

"Brand new 2018 Kia Sorento and I asked to have the factory tint on the rear windows darker (it's not a film, the glass is tinted) and to have the front windows match with the brow across the front. The tinting guy said no problem but they will have to remove factory tint (I explained to him it's not tint film, glass is tinted so nothing to remove). Picked up car and all they did was match the factory tint that was on the back in the front and used same with brow. Not at all what I wanted and what we agreed on. Called back 20 minutes later after driving the car and noticing it was not as dark as we discussed and was told by a guy that they might be able to work on it tomorrow but to call back later tomorrow afternoon. I also run a small business and if I treated my customers this way I wouldn't be in business very long. They get two start as the very nice customer service lady who I worked with at the beginning was awesome. I would suggest not having people answer the phone who can't help or offer for you to call back a day later. That is a bad way to treat a customer."

"I wish I can give them 10 stars if it exists! This company is best in its' class! I have worked with them for almost two years, I had horrible drafted plans and the city engineers would turn them down every time I turn them in. I'm so glad I found this company, and they stepped in immediately creating brand new sophisticated plan sheets ( Site plans and floor plans) and comments that needed to be changed for Zoning requirements and Building requirements. This team is amazing! Best work ethic, quickest turn around time and the most professional people in the field. I'm just amazed how fast and efficient they are when they are swamped with projects after projects. Great team guys! Looking forward to all our future projects!!!"
