"I had an 0830 appointment for service (oil change and intermittent airbag light). I dropped my vehicle off at approximately 0820. I came back to check on it around 1300 since I hadn’t heard anything. I was informed that the shop was running behind and I still had 2 more vehicles in front of mine, to try back in a couple hours. I called and left a message around 1600. Finally, I just drove back to the dealership AGAIN. Thank goodness I did, because the shop was closing and I was never notified of anything during any point of the day. I guess I would’ve learned that my vehicle was being kept overnight when I arrived and the place was closed! The service rep told me that they were able to complete the oil change but hadn’t been able to look at the airbag light, 8 hours later…"

"I had a very positive encounter with Quality Cadillac. My alternator went out and I was out of town. Quality Cadillac service team got me in and out even thought they were very busy. I want to do a special thanks to David who took on my car, at the service department (I found out there were two of them ;) ). He was very upfront with me and told me (the cost), what he tried to do (call around to see if they had the part), gave me alternatives (which part is better, cheaper, had a warranty and how long it would take).
