"(Would Not Recommend) I’ve been a long time customer of chucks car care and I’ve always recommended them to others, however that is no longer the case. I dropped off my car and had my steering column fixed because it had been stolen and when I got it back, the buttons on the steering column no longer worked. I went in calmly to have a conversation with Karen because over the phone she told me the price and hung up. Immediately upon starting the conversation I was met with a rude & cold demeanor that said, “well what do you want us to do about it”. I said I think the right thing to do would be to fix it, is there anything you can do? She was not only angry immediately, but excessively rude with unnecessary comments even though I was very calm. I don’t know what has happened to this place, but I will not be doing business with them anymore and I would not recommend anyone go there. I’ve known Karen for years, but the way I was treated when they were in the wrong was an immediate 180 as if she never knew me at all. It’s really sad to see how far they’ve gone down hill and I honestly expected a lot more from a woman who’s twice my age, than to act like that."
