North Point Kitchen + Bar

"We have been looking forward to trying North Point Kitchen & Bar and it lived up to our expectations! The location on the lake is beautiful -- especially on a snowy day, and our waiter was attentive and friendly. We went on a lunch date and ordered the Paloma Thyme + the Praline Manhattan cocktails and both enjoyed them. We also ordered the Burrata Caprese, Ricotta Basil Meatballs, and Calabrian Pizza -- everything was delicious and fresh. The Calabrian pizza was a really good blend of sweet and spicy. The portions were great -- we definitely left happy and full."

"Small, manageable menu with a variety of option that certainly are not your normal pub/bar food. I had the truffle deviled eggs which where actually better than my mom's. Sorry mom. There was a tomato paste with a slight hint of balsamic . Definitely worth a try if you like deviled eggs. I'm typically a sausage mushroom pizza guy and not into these gourmet pizzas at all but when in Rome. I ordered the Calabrian which had a thick tomato paste and had a sweet spicy kick to it. After each bite, I enjoyed it more and more. Maybe after all, I am a gourmet pizza guy and North Point had to being it out in me. Anyways, If you are in the area , give this place a try. I'd be remised if I didnt mention that this place is very loud when busy."

"Outstanding menu, killer cocktails, and good tunes — what’s not to like? The burger, the wings, and the Calabrian chili & honey pizza are highlights, but you can’t go wrong with just about anything on the menu."

"So excited this restaurant opened up in Forest Lake of Lake Zurich locally owned. The chefs is amazing, the best deviled eggs I have ever had at a Restaurant. The chicken hot honey wings were very crispy and fresh. I can taste the herbs on the Parmesan herb fries and they make a really good personal pizza. All the food was great to share and the view of the lake is phenomenal. I’m so excited for when we can enjoy their outdoor seating. The only thing I would recommend is adding some area rugs or something to buffer because the acoustics in there any sound was very loud, and there were not a lot of people. It’s because it’s all hardwood floors and bare walls."

"Dined here on their 3rd day open and had a great experience! Never would have known they were brand new! Service was attentive and friendly. While the menu isn’t huge - the selections are excellent. The meatball appetizer was done very nicely. We really enjoyed the wings which had a great sauce and the mushroom pizza with a fantastic crust. Nice ambiance, modern and clean - but it can get a little loud. Enjoyed talking with the owners, happy to have this new restaurant in the neighborhood!"
