Walmart Pharmacy

"Went here today, 3 hours after my prescription was sent to them, and it wasn't ready. I was told it was just sent over, and it would be a 30 min wait. I wondered Walmart for 40 minutes and finally decided to go check out with my other items, load my car and walk back in to the pharmacy. I walk back, ask is it ready and she tells me yes. Then I'm told I need to speak to the pharmacist before I can get the script. I ask is it necessary bc I've already been there 45 min. I am told yes and the pharmacist was walking up about that time. He asked why I was trying to leave before geeting the instructions and I say bc I've been waiting 45 min already. He says why have you been waiting so long. I said that's a good question. He then tries to say that he thinks it has been ready a while, but I wasn't around. I responded with no sir, I've only been away about 5 min. He then immediately responds with well then maybe you should find another pharmacy. No apology or explanation. Then I respond with maybe I should. I then explained I was not trying to be rude, so he did not have to be either. He then says, oh well i thought you were upset. (Which is odd to me...he thinks I'm upset so he tells me to find another pharmacy instead of apologizing.) He the then tried to tell me they were super busy and had filled about 300 prescriptions today already. I said I understand that but my script had been sent over 3 hours ago. He said he'd check that time stamp and he did and yes, it had been there those 3 hours. He obviously had no response or excuse after that. And btw those instructions I waited for was just...how many times a day to take the med and for how many days. Didn't give me the name or discuss side effects (which I don't need any of that anyway) but for that to be a law like they say, it was useless. Needless to say, I will in fact find another pharmacy for me and my family as he so quickly suggested."

"I don’t know why all the complaints. I’ve never had a bad experience with this pharmacy or the people working there. One of the pharmacists does seems a little rude. But not the one that was specifically mentioned. He’s great and always so happy."

"This pharmacy does a good job within the constraints they work with. I have had some problems occasionally over the years with them but most of time they work with me and help me resolve problems getting my meds. This is a federally regulated business and as such many of the people that post negative comments don't understand that they have to follow rules not set by them but by the government so give them a break and don't assume that they don't want to help you........its that they can't."

"Worst pharmacy and pharmacist by far...pharmacist Hue is an idiot. He is an incapable pharmacist and ultra rude. He gets an attitude and says he will stop refilling altogether. This guy is trash this pharmacist and pharmacy will lose as much business as possible from me and everyone I talk to. Stay away from this dump!"

"The drop off process is always smoothe, insurance verification within minutes, better prices on prescription medications than other drug stores, the pharmacy techs are courteous and knowledgeable, and the wait time is minimal."
