"Unfortunately and unknowingly went through what can only be described as National dispatch service to get my vehicle towed home, sat on the side of the road before they actually dispatch a local tow, but once they did I felt luck that they dispatched Matt with Ratteree. Matt was awesome, called me to let me know when he would be there and even where he was at that time, told me an hour and called me back 15 minutes later and told me 20 minutes and showed up in about 15 minutes. Definitely made the over two hour wait bearable. (Not Matt’s fault) I say enough about how Ratteree and Matt made a bad situation into a bright spot at the end of day. I have there number in my contacts now and they will be my first call no matter where I end up needing a tow."
