"Kept my Challenger SRT longer than they said they would, put in the wrong clutch, misdiagnosed main bearing failure and said it was my lifters, which they replaced at my expense for no good reason. I also caught them rifling through my glove box and disrespecting my private property. I find it interesting that every time they respond to a poor review on here they say they can't find the individual in their database. How convenient for them. Rest assured you've had my car on several occasions and been paid over five digits for your "services," but never again."

"I have a 2019 f450 platinum on a 6" lift had suspension and steering problems with it, I had taken my truck to 3 other well known companies to diagnose the problem spent a bunch of money and never was fixed right. Buddy of mine referred me to craven took it there they seen the issues ordered parts and it was in to get fixed as soon as the parts where delivered to them. Just got it back today and can't describe how happy I am thank you very much guys. They are very thorough and pay attention to detail, always called back and let me know the progress. They will always get my business and I will give tons of referrals to them because I was taken care of so good they will be doing my 2018 z06 corvette to get more upgrades on it. "I have used the Craven team for about 3 years now for my SRT8 Challenger. Had an issue when I purchased the vehicle and they worked with the dealership to tune my vehicle and do some other work. They also did a mid muffler delete for me. It was a bit on the pricey side but u get what you pay for. Everywhere I go I get compliments or comments on the killer sounding exhaust. Staff has always been friendly, courteous, responsive, and professional. I can’t speak for anyone else, but my experience thus far has been well. They have treated me fairly and stood behind their work. I will continue to work with them and update as needed, but so far so good! Thanks Andy and Ben!"

"Repairs, maintenance, and additions can be extremely stressful! We discovered Craven Performance years ago when they had to fix issues from another place a couple miles away. It's a relief knowing the days of scouting for an honest shop are over! We don't trust just anyone with our truck (or wallet)!
