"Due to insurance purposed I was forced to switch to a different pharmacy. SO, I went across the street to HEB Pharmacy in hopes they would compare to the outstanding service provided me by CVS for over 10 years. BIG MISTAKE! I dropped off my prescription and was informed it would be at least an hour wait... so I asked to please send me a text message when the prescription was ready for pickup. Three days later and I hear nothing. I called the pharmacy only to discover that the prescription was still not filled. The excuse provided me did not make any sense at all. To add to the disappointment... the pharmacy representative did not appear to have much “Quality Service” training. She was short, rushed, and actually put me on hold while I was still talking. A simple call to inform me why my prescription was not filed three (3) days ago would have avoided an unhappy customer. Pharmacy = Medication for the ill. It’s not a fun thing. I am not satisfied. Going elsewhere for my second refill. Pathetic."
