"I inquired about a seat repair and a center console repair back in May. Spoke to William. He informed me that because of the perforation in the seats, he wouldn't be able to fix it, but said he could quickly/easily take care of the center console piece. I gave him all the information he needed. He said he would order the right color material and come to my office and take care of it in 30 minutes or so once the material came in. I follow up with him a few weeks later, the part was in and scheduled the appointment. On appointment day, he called to cancel because "they sent him the wrong color material"... i told him no big deal, just let me know when the right piece comes in and we'll schedule a time again. I told him i could meet him somewhere, or he could come to my house/office, whichever was more convenient. A week later, we scheduled the follow up appointment for wednesday July 5... he no call/no showed me. He has not responded to calls or text messages since. I will update my review if they respond and take care of the work they were supposed to do. Following up here: The owner reached out to me via text almost immediately after my initial review. Told me had the part and would be back in to ‘‘em on July 25th. He’s been radio silent since then despite me reaching out to him following up to get the 30 minute (his words not mine) job done. I initially contacted him in May. Today is August 4. Quite remarkable really."
