"Small shop at mall of India food court. They only open on the weekends. I saw on Maps when I was nearby so thought of going there. Ordered pani puri, dahi puri and bhel. I would rate pani puri maybe 8, dahi puri was the best I have had so 10 Bhel which I took home was just OK. The good part about the merchant was that they were very humble. They brought the food to my table and even asked how everything was. Not a lot ask or behave in such a way these days. Kudos to them. Will return more weekends just to have the dahi puri"
