"I have never witnessed such a dramatic transformation for the worse than at this pharmacy, of which I have been a customer since they opened. Surely they must have changed management / Pharmacist. Their service was amazing for years and now is simply pitiful. Unfriendly and incompetent. Not enough room here for all my experiences there in the last few months. Last 3 times I have picked up my prescriptions they have overcharged and state they have no insurance on file for me. I have given them my card 3 times for their typing into the system! (Never an apology.) The first time they overcharged me I caught it and pointed it out (after I paid) and Myrna (sp?) said to me “Sorry you already paid we can’t change it.” After all these years I hate changing (all my doctors have it on file) but something is intrinsically wrong here."

"Terrible service. We had to wait almost an hour for the flue shot, despite we had an appointment. Many people were waiting there too and the pharmacist did say anything and took forever in between each person. Also, they messed up the order and people who came later got the shot first. Very annoying."
