"I have been attending this dentist office for years. The office manager Tierra is so rude and unprofessional. I have never experienced services over the phone like this. When I questioned something and she stated it is under new management. Dr Weber is phenomenal, but she does not set forth a positive image. I have to now look for a dentist. I will not deal with attitudes from lower level staff. Soft touch has always had phenomenal staff."
