"Would be zero, but unfortunately it's not an option! Canceled my appointment made 6 months ago the day before I show up! Poorly run , no management at the front desk, tried to do the same thing to my brother except they flat out lied about calling! Let's hope 2022 is better for them but I'm not holding out hope. I will shopping around for another office but they won't notice."
