"We switched to Kroger pharmacy from the Walgreens on Franz and Katy Hockley. After numerous wrong prescriptions, ridiculous wait times and all around unprofessionalism, we moved to Kroger pharmacy - the difference is literally night and day. True professionals who care about their customers and getting EVERY prescription correct (Which should be 100% when it comes to pharmaceuticals). We could not be more happy! I have never waited inside for more that a couple of minutes. They take the time to discuss each prescription. Thank you Kroger Pharmacy for raising the bar!!"

"I have switched from CVS at Clay Rd and 99 to Kroger at Morton Ranch and 99 a few months ago. That CVS is so convenient but extremely understaffed and not efficient because of it. I frequently left without scripts because they "have not received it yet" or "not ready yet". They were just understaffed for their volume. I am far more satisfied with the number of staff members that allow for a more efficient process and friendly interaction. I have not felt let down once. The staff are patient as I try to decide if I should use a Good Rx deal vs my Kroger Pharmacy membership as well. I highly recommend them! As a side note, I used to be a Pharm Tech a million years ago. You get regulars customers whom you can build a relationship with. And, you also get people who only come when they are sick. The sick may be tired, impatient after being at the Dr all day, feel awful and just want to go home. Therefore, a few customers may treat you as a staff member the same way they feel and that can really start to wear on a pharmacy staff member throughout the day. So my heart goes out to all the pharmacy staff during COVID and flu season when your work load explodes. Stay positive and healthy!"

"My family has patronized this Kroger since it was on Fry Rd. @ Park Row. Ms. Helen, one of the pharmacist from Fry Rd., was like family. But today something was lacking. Cole, the technician, was lackluster and borderline rude. Greeting the customer goes a long way. And the way I know a transaction is complete is because the service agent makes one of following statement(s), thank you, have a great day, take care, enjoy, etc. Something. Umh Cole, I'm still waiting. Danny, the Pharmacist, is professional, but Stephen, the other Pharmacist, is nice, professional and concerned hence the 3 stars. Come on K. Rogers pharmacy, let's do better."
