"This used to be my favorite pharmacy. However, things have really changed for the worst! I can't tell you how many hours of my life have been wasted here in the last few days due to their negligence for myself and families prescriptions. Days have been lost when relief could've been had sooner. They failed to notify me that they no longer accepted our insurance. I only found out when I inquired about pick up time. Then they failed to transfer all of the prescriptions to the new pharmacy which resulted in additional day delay. Then I made the mistake of having my prescription there a day later only for them not to be ready on time and one needed a pre-authorization which of course they failed to notify until after the doctor's office was already closed which again resulted in a delay. The icing on the cake was when i came back 2 hours later for pick up and they were out of stock on one of the meds.I've just had enough with this pharmacy!"
"Absolutely the best pharmacy in Katy. I just had to transfer meds because I moved. I have a plethora of medical issues so I was there weekly. This pharmacy has always done right by me, and everyone there is great. I can not recommend them enough! Absolutely best pharmacy in Katy."
"I wasn't happy when I received a automated phone call telling me my prescription was out of stock and that they would notify me when it's ready to pick up. That notification didn't come and I was late picking up my time-limited prescription. If not for the DEEP guilt trip bestowed on me, I would have taken the prescription. Not my fault Krogers notification system fails."
"I have a complain about this pharmacy. Always have a problem because they change everything on the insurance and I have to explain them every month when I pick my husband medicine up. I have to call every month to my insurance and they have to send a message to this pharmacy to give and explain that the insurance is correct. Terrible customer service, they are always angry, never smile, very rude and I don’t recommended this pharmacy."
"I’ve already submitted a “formal” complaint with Kroger but all I received was a generic “thanks for your feedback!” type of reply. The first time I went to the pharmacy here was due to my insurance not working with CVS anymore, so I transferred my prescriptions here since it was near my house, and I usually shop at this Kroger. The first pharmacist I met was extremely nice and super helpful. Second time I went in the other pharmacist Shiva was working and she was so unhelpful and rude. I was very ill with some vertigo issues, which I was picking up prescriptions for. She told me to get something from over the counter instead of her filling it “because it was the same”. Well I had no idea what I was even supposed to be looking for because all she said was “it’s over there”. I had to go back to the counter and ask her again to help me find what she said to get. Which she gave me the biggest huff. With me being so sick, I didn’t have it in me to talk to a manager there or to ask her to be a little nicer. I had to go back today, hoping Shiva wouldn’t be there, but of course she was. I was picking up a new prescription which I already knew how to use, and she says “you know this is an injection, so...”, which I just replied yes, my doctor already showed me how to use it. Which she goes “good” with a nasty attitude. I’ll be switching insurance companies in June and cannot wait to say goodbye to this rude pharmacy and to go back to CVS!"
