"We've purchased a LOT of fuel from this store in the past. On the most recent visit the pay-at-the-pump display said "see attendant inside". So now I'm waiting in the queue inside behind 4 others. When I finally got to the attendant, he indicated that Hy-Vee fuel saver purchases now required pre-authorization *INSIDE* the store and I needed to tell them the EXACT dollar value of the fuel I intended to buy. I'd intended to use the fuel saver card but hadn't entered it yet. I also didn't know exactly how many fuel saver points we had. A LOT of unnecessary delay. I've contacted Casey's through the store website - we'll see how that turns out. This store also looks like it doesn't get a lot of love. Bottom line if you're looking for a "convenience store", this place falls short. Hopefully enough 1-star reviews might motivate them to get their act together."

"I placed on order on the Casey’s app ordering Over Drive Mt Dew, got home and they gave me Live Wire. Called the store to get it exchanged and the guy on the phone said I have to talk to the manager. Just for an exchange? Why then is there no manager at 7 pm? Then hangs up on me. What the…."

"Called in placed an order. All 4 employees in the kitchen stated they didn't get my order. Didn't even offer a resolution. "We don't have your order, must've been at the other store!" Was an interesting comment considering nothing was looked into. Left the store and of course they had the order ready by the time I was home..."

"Took fuel while driving back to home. Busy store. Good price compare to others."

"Stood in the store 20 minutes after they said it would be ready. The wings were not only burnt but they were bone-in when we ordered boneless but I wasn’t about to stand there for another 20 minutes to wait for the correct wings. The taco pizza was undercooked and floppy. Bad experience"
