"So far the practice itself including the dentist (Dr. Vicky) seems wonderful, but the administrative side is severely lacking. Perhaps the people they deal with on a general basis are ok with being talked to like children, but we aren't. For example, when you are trying to get confirmation for an appointment, don't leave a deceptive voicemail to get a return call for this confirmation, especially after it was already confirmed by text. The voicemail left said "we need to speak with you regarding something important before your visit tomorrow" and when I called, the receptionist said, "We just need to confirm your appointment." The next example is that, when scheduling a procedure, the gal setting it up said "Dad can stay home with the baby while you wait in the waiting room for your child." I think my husband and I can determine how to best manage the situation as far as who stays with our son and whether or not our infant is with us while we wait. Just a lot of condescension that isn't really necessary."
