Each one of them has been exceptionally kind, helpful, and supportive, especially considering I came to them with a filling issue from another dentist. "Terrible service. I had an appointment scheduled for at least 5 months and they never contacted me in that time to let me know that I needed X-rays sent over until 5 minutes before my appt. They said to call my previous dentist and my previous dentist was closed. They said I can pay for X-rays out of pocket or I can pay 25 dollars to cancel my appointment same day. I have never been to a business with such awful communication and service. Update: Since this issue, it has been a month. The day of the issue I called them and spoke to billing, who was extremely rude. She ended up agreeing to issue me a refund. A month later, I have not received a refund. I called again to find out what was going on and another woman in billing told me that the refund was never put in. This woman said she’d put it in for me. Hopefully this time they’re not lying!"
