"I can not say enough about how great they were. The owner was responsive to all communications from the beginning and throughout the whole process. I had 2 large club chairs that needed to be re-upholstered and the foam in the cushions to be replaced. Although initially I thought it was a little inconvenient to make an appointment for the consultation, it actually was best because she was able to really focus on just my project and give me the best service. She so knowledgeable of all the fabric and gave me great suggestions. Her shop is very busy so it took about 6 weeks from the time I put down my deposit to the time she was able to start my project but that just tells you how great she is. The shop is small and it’s a designer show room but she definitely has all the books you need for you to make a great fabric selection. I also opted to have them come pick up the furniture and deliver it for $125. The delivery people were very professional and respectful of my home. After the chairs were picked up, they were done in about a week and a half. The chairs turned out beautiful and I couldn’t be happier. I look forward to doing many projects in the future with them. I couldn’t recommend more. I’ve used a couple other businesses in town to have other chairs done and that were maybe a little bit cheaper but the level of customer service, expert knowledge and professionalism was worth every penny. You can not go wrong using them!!!!"

"We had a chair reupholstered at Sophie’s and couldn’t be happier! They were so kind and great to work with. They were so helpful in choosing a fabric that would coordinate with the space that the chair sits in. They even allowed me to check out books of fabric swatches to take home and look at in the space! Our chair had been well loved, but also neglected as far as maintaining its structure and outward beauty. It needed repairs that went beyond replacing the fabric, including the internal aftermath of a poor upholstery job done on it many years ago. They essentially rebuilt this chair and it turned out beautifully! We are so grateful! Upholstery isn’t cheap, but these guys are worth every penny!"
