My wife and I have recently had some major obstacles with our medication/insurance and our last cvs (kitty hawk) made zero attempt at helping us figure it out so we came to this one and from day one Bonnie has been so helpful and thorough and gone well beyond her actual duties, from taking it upon herself to contact our insurance and doctors to contacting us to keep us informed every step of the way and these days you really don't find this level of customer service anywhere and we are extremely grateful. She's a keeper!"

"I love CVS pharmacy, NOT THIS LOCATION. The pharmacist refilled the two-day supply, instead of a 30 or 90. She did not care to fix it and I should talk to the other pharmacy. I had to tell her to PULL/transfer the 30-day supply rx from the other CVS's location records. Then she slowly decided to do that, i shouldn't have to tell her what to do. I then asked for the refill of a separate medication that was not filled. She told me she doesn't have time to fill my medication. I am the only patient in line. SEVERAL HOURS BEFORE CLOSE. I LEFT. NEW PHARMACY -not a cvs/LOST MY SERVICE."

"Went to this location for a COVID-19 booster. The pharmacist was the only one working and it seemed like she didn't want to do her job so she turned me away saying I wasn't eligible (though I have been according to all other pharmacies that have given me the shots) and saying my son didn't count as immuno-compromised even though he is a type 1 diabetic. She was very condescending. Went to another CVS on Pat Booker and the pharmacist there told us that my son and I were both eligible and the previous pharmacist was wrong. I've read that a lot of CVS's are turning people away for COVID boosters. I'd suggest trying Walgreens first!"

"Was there on weds to pick up perscription. I had insurance but still seemed a little expensive. I asked the pharmacist if it would be cheaper using Good RX and she quickly replied NO. I checked Good RX later at home and could have saved 10 dollars. Will not be going back to that pharmacy again. She was not willing to help and was not friendly."
