The manager is out until the 8th but whoever is helping a "Christine" or something ls a c- in professionalism when my issue was escalated to her. I hope your calls are on a recorded line. Our patients complain to me about this pharmacy please consider other options for staffing your pharmacy the reviews are telling."
"This is the worst Walmart pharmacy I have ever been to. They don’t keep anything on shelf. I’ve had to wait days for ANXIETY medications. My son had pinkeye and they wanted me to wait a day for the drops. When I got frustrated the idiot ask me 3 times if I wanted him to order the drops! Yes! He still has pinkeye, how stupid are you? Then the man proceeded to argue with me and told me I could go to another store. Their customer service is terrible. They completely lack sympathy. They need BETTER staff or need to be shut down."
