"Two bad experiences at this location. The first time my prescriptions were sent here the pharmacist was a no-show. I had to make additional phone calls to get the doctor to move the prescriptions to another location. Today I was told to return at 2 pm when I handed in my paper scripts. I came at 2:40 and the pharmacy tech did not have anything ready and was confused and rather inept. The confusion resulted because the clinic sent my prescriptions to a different location. I caught it and asked for paper scripts. I handed in the paper scripts and was told to return at 2 pm. Apparently the pharmacy was unwilling to figure things out or call me to straighten things out prior to my return. So I have to wait another 30 mins in the parking lot, ill and exhausted. This type of experience has become routine at most Walgreens as of late. Time to move to the grocery store pharmacy."

"Very disorganized. There is a Third party clinic in store, so customers getting mixed in with Pharmacy customers that were getting covid shots. Pharmacist, only guy giving shots, was working cash register. Expect a long wait even with appointment. HEB better option."

"Storage Killeen it's located right in the center of Mega Center on medical and worse hurt worse. I worry about I don't know is it Wurzbach Parkway now Square Park Road anyway places open 24 hours and they don't I saw you when you ask for diabetic needles"
