CVS Pharmacy

"So there was a lone person working at this CVS location. It was very busy for her. As I waited my turn, I noticed how attentive and conscientious she was to each customer. So I ask this smiling lady named Tracy, why she was alone today. She thought there must be a mistake in the schedule. So she not only retrieved my script from a different store, but had it ready and filled in just a few minutes…..although I went shopping while waiting, and had to wait in line again, she was just as sweet and pleasant to everyone in front of me. I was impressed as I honestly have NEVER had this kind of experience at a CVS pharmacy before. So, CVS, keep this employee happy, because she makes your customers happy, which will make them keep coming to your pharmacy. Give this employee a raise!!"

"Don’t bring your kids here for vaccines. The pharmacist was unbelievably rude and blamed *me* for my kid puking all over the floor after a flu shot and didn’t even offer my kid a tissue or an drop of sympathy. (I had to beg for a paper towel!) Neither the pharmacist or technician could answer any of my basic vaccine questions. They had no post vaccine information for us at all. No “watch out for side effects” - NOTHING. Just pure cruelty. To a 4 year old."
