"I dropped off my daughters prescription on 09/19/2019. I was told it you’ll be ready in 30 minutes. I went back at 30 minutes and was told it had to be submitted to my insurance company for approval. I asked why no one bothered to call me and tel me so I wouldn’t wait around. I was given excuses of course. I was told I would get called back later in the day when approval comes in and the medication is ready. It is now Sunday 09/22/2019. Did I get a call? Nope. I called to check the status myself and the woman that answered the phone said it was still waiting for approval. This surprises me because my daughters doctor never usually delays on any approvals if needed. Which to be honest it never has been needed. Since I know my daughter needs the medication ASAP I ask how much it would cost me out of pocket. The girl tells me it’ll be almost $300. I decide to wait for approval. Then out of nowhere she says oh your insurance approved it. Hmmmm. Interesting. Had I not called to ask about it I would have still been waiting on this horrible pharmacy to do their job. I wonder if they can’t handle returning a phone call to a customer how can they handle accurately filling medication?"

"I dropped off a prescription and was told it would be 20 minutes. We walked around shopping at a slow pace and put the groceries in the car afterwards. This took about 45, and my prescription still wasn’t ready. I waited about 25 more minutes for the prescription and my name still didn’t pop up on the board. I went up to ask about it, and they said it would be 5-10 more minutes as the pharmacist was giving a shot. So I was quoted 20 minutes when my prescription wouldn’t have been ready for at least an hour and a half. I had to leave as we had cold groceries in the car. I understand things happen, it gets busy and things take time, but accurate quotes would be appreciated instead of making people wait forever."
