"Went there to pick up and refill my meds. Service was excellent, there's Subway, Starbucks inside the convience store in the building. Sometimes there will be long line but it went fast. Lots of parking, clean restrooms all the time."

"I went to pick-up a prescription at 0700 and there were only 2 windows open, one for pick-up and one for activation. This is unsatisfactory, especially since the kiosk machines were down. This is horrible customer service, they need to do better instead of making it even MORE inconvenient for customers."

"I activated several prescriptions on Wed, 12 April 2023. I went to pick up the prescriptions on Tues, 18 April 2023. The doctor had activated only 3 of 5 prescriptions and with the wrong instructions. Another doctor activated a new prescription and no one in the pharmacy bothered to catch it. I wasted my time and gas driving to the clinic only to be told the new prescriptions had to be activated and wouldn't be ready for another 45 minutes. Unacceptable customer service!"

"This needs changed and streamlined badly. 3 hour long waits. 100 people in line with only 3 workers behind the counter? How is this the best the air force can do? Pathetic"
