"When my medication was over $400, Christian tried different options, ran coupons, and was super patient while we worked out the best option for me. I commend and recommend highly. Thank you HEB and Christian!"

"Being over an hour behind on immunization appointments is just completely unacceptable. The way the employees treat customers doesn’t help either. Some of the employees working there seem like they absolutely hate their jobs. There are many other better options to get vaccines."
"I am very upset at the service of this pharmacy. My daughter was in need of her medication as soon as possible due to the nature of her infection. When I picked up her medication there was a specific measurement required however no measuring device was provided. When I called to see what I can do, or how I’m supposed to measure, the lady who answered the call just said I could go back, however I work and was only able to go at the time of pick up. She then put me on hold, the pharmacist answered the phone. She asked how to help and I told her I was told to wait to which she repeated herself rudely. That “she is the pharmacist and how can she help”. I re-explained the situation to which she cut me off and for unsympathetically said she was sorry. Clearly she was not if she didn’t allow me to finish a sentence. She said a table spoon is 15 mL and that wouldn’t suffice so I need a measuring device. Which meant I needed to return to the location for said device. So we were back to square one. I had more medication to pick up the next day. The least she could’ve done was ACT like she cared and reassure me that proper tools would be provided the following day. Instead she said “okay” and waited silently on the phone until I hung up. My disappointment is that when people are having to spend $152 on medication and have children they are very worried about and might possibly need to send to an ER if said medicine doesn’t work, the least you could do is show empathy towards your clientele when your staff fails to provide measuring devices which are required or at least put a paper in the window that informs clients if tools are needed to request them. It takes 10 cents and no time. In addition to this I was not offered counseling for said medication nor received any. Completely unprofessional and unkind. I understand a measuring device isn’t a big deal to the lab techs or the pharmacist. But when you are in a scary situation and need to administer medication and are not provided the proper tools or counseling, it becomes a big deal to me. I will try to file a formal complaint on the lack of professionalism and competency of this pharmacy and take my business elsewhere."
"Got a prescription electronically sent at 9am Friday morning over to this pharmacy - an important daily needed prescription. Came Saturday around 5 to pick it up - which should have been plenty of time for it to be prepared. Well the pharmacy blames my physician saying they didn't send anything, and when I tried to contact my physician - they were closed for the weekend and couldn't handle my issue. The pharmacy refused to loan me any of the pills I need daily - because the pharmacist there didn't consider them "life-saving medications" even though I had proof of my appointment. Now I have to go several days without the required medication because of this pharmacy's failures to take care of me. Definitely going to switch to a different company."
