"They have lost My prx's.. they refuse to answer the phone. It's on busy 24 -7 . I called 2 days straight to activate my 2 new prx' s to no avail. There is no way to call and complain IR RESOLVE. No PROCEDURE to fix errors. The TWO CAPTAINS in command capt Bingham and Capt Huh are unreachable. I contacted them a month before on my list prx but unreachable in reference to not being able to activate my new ones . I finally gave up , my eye infection was getting so bad I called my Dr explained my dilemma and got my prx at HEB. GATEWAY IS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE AND GENESIS WONT BE FIXED ANYTIME SOON AND NO ONE CARES."

"Now that the Satellite Pharmacy has a permanent home, come prepared cause you'll be here for awhile. Bring a lawn chair because this place gets packed. And if it's your lucky day, which is every day, you might be standing around for an hour or two. Second, bring something to do - reading material, crosswords, etc. Or bring a folding table and a chess set. Scratch that, make an impromptu bridge/poker club. Three, order a pizza. I guarantee you it will show up faster than picking up a prescription that's already been filled. Oh and that's the best part! Even if you call to confirm a prescription has been filled, you may spend all this sweet valuable time to find out it has all been a lie. So be prepared to really bury those intense emotions and save the abuse for your car's steering wheel. Other than that, it's a great place to get the really expensive medications for free. 2 stars."

"It was my first visit...hopefully it will be my last! I spent 45 mins just waiting for my number to be called. (I am disabled). They called the "H" number after we'd been there 20 minutes...it was the number before mine. Then, 20 minutes later they FINALLY called my number. I asked how long I had to wait for pick up, he said, "30-45 minutes." I told him that was unacceptable and wrong. I am visually impaired, fibromyalgia, with 2 knee replacements, sitting, standing, both are uncomfortable. I don't drive so I have to get relatives to drive me. Now I might have to cancel my 11AM dental appointment for tomorrow (Friday) because I couldn't get my antibiotics in TEN MINUTES!! UNACCEPTABLE!"
