Reviews of Town & Country Public Library
"The librarians are very knowledgeable and helpful. You can reserve books online and if they don't have it, they will get it from another library within a few days. The kids section is huge and they have games set out on the tables, which the kids like. The facility is very clean and well kept. There is also a self checkout if you don't want to talk to anyone."
"Thought this was a family friendly public library. Very disappointed to see they’re openly promoting such a sensitive and very controversial book front and center with not just one, but five copies. Such a shame since it’s a nicely kept library, but guess not everyone is welcome if they have this kind of agenda they’re pushing with tax payer dollars. Won’t be back with my young kids anytime soon because of this. Wouldn’t recommend any families with little ones to come here…"
"I go to TRI cities libraries as they have bigger selection of books. The staff is friendly, but ignorant. They are constantly loudly talking. They sit right next to each other and talk loudly for hours with no regard for patrons trying to read or use computers. I have no problem with them non stop talking about nothing, just do it quietly. Why is that so hard? 90% of libraries make sure it's quiet. In Elburn, it's like trying to read at a loud party."
