"These people remember me and are always sweet and helpful. My goal while I'm there is to leave with my meds ASAP so I don't mind the whole "thank you have a nice day" "hello, welcome" "I'm sorry but...." because these people have never done me wrong, if they owe me a few tablets, no big deal, I'll come back the next day to pick them up. They will take the time to make sure your needs are met. If you need them to look something up for you, (depending on the amount of people) they'll help you right away. And the pharmacist there in the green scrubs, I believe, is calm and helpful. Trust me, she's not bored if you think she looks bored. I personally don't like the set up y'all put together. It's true, it's less welcoming and looks like you're talking to the book shelf with all the prescriptions. Just some constructive criticism... Move that back where it was on that wall and then it'll be perfect. Great job y'all! Take care, see you soon haha"

"would rather drive to kerrville. unprofessional, frequently miscounts pills, expects customer to absorb cost when prescription is wrong. takes them too long to contact dr. for refills. not a friendly environment. these people should not be allowed to work with the public. miss the previous owner."

Dont blame a situation or others for your behavior ... That's what 5yr olds do . I now know business here is selective and I shall drive the extra 30 min and go to Walmart pharmacy where they ARE actually nice no matter how busy they are. Eeesh.
