"I wanted to start supporting a home town pharmacy so I asked my doctor to send my prescription to Bandera Drug. I went to pick up the prescription and inquired to make sure they had my correct insurance on file. I have a primary and a secondary insurance and have for almost 5 years. Never had a problem. The lady that was checking insisted my secondary was the primary and basically said I was lying and she wouldn’t believe me. She called to check. I waited over an hour. I was in terrible pain and just wanted my prescriptions. I’ve used both insurance cards for 5 years at doctors pharmacies surgical centers without a problem but she wouldn’t believe me. I finally insisted she send it to CVS where I’ve gotten many prescriptions filled. Unfortunately because they filled the prescription but wouldn’t give it to me I had to now wait for them to cancel the original prescription so CVS could fill it. 3 and a half hours later in intense pain I finally got my prescription from CVS. I’ve had nothing but good experiences at Bandera Drug. Not today."

"They are very friendly people, if you ask for them to call you when you’re prescription is ready instead of just assuming it’s ready, they will. They are pretty quick to get your prescription ready! I have had no problems. Wouldn’t change to a different pharmacy unless they were no longer available."
