"if i could give none i would i have been going to this kroger for 10 years. never had a issue. after covid came and gone they lost all there good workers there. they are rude disrespectful. i get pain medicine with them. every holiday i get it on back order. now seeing all these reviews i need to move to a different kroger. so of any one looking for a good one kroger in grand prairie tx off pioneer. they have been nothing but nice to me. i also asked of any other krogers have in stock i was told no. then i called and they said yes they do have it. so yeah they are not doing there job at all over here at the kroger in irving tx of 6th st and macArthur. do better"

"Called a week before, I received a call saying my medication is ready. I am out of meds, and go a day without it. I go to pick them up, and they are NOT ready!!! Are you kidding me?!!"

"I had a prescription electronically sent to this Kroger Pharmacy yesterday. I called the pharmacy to follow-up since I was a new patient of theirs. They said they didn't have the prescription in stock but could order and have the medication available the next day (today). Then they called this morning but I missed their call since I was unavailable to answer the phone. I called back 10 minutes later, and the person who answered the phone told me that the medication is unable to be acquired from their distributor/supplier for ANY Kroger Pharmacy location. He couldn't even help me try to find another Kroger Pharmacy that may have had that medication in-stock. Thankfully CVS had this important, critical medication in-stock, so I took my business there."

"Omg these people dropped off my RX at 11am and told them I'd be back to get it around 5:30pm my doctor called in a rx at 1pm and I got a text showing it was ready for pick up at 2:23pm. I remembered I have a meeting to attend in dallas and called to see if I could pick up both rx at 4:30 instead of 5:30 so a hour earlier and I got talked to straight side ways "we told you it would be 5:30" no I told you guys I would come get it at that time and I dropped it off at 11am I would not think it would take more than 5 hours to fill one prescription. She responded with well then come get it and take it somewhere else I said no I'm going to get this and then transfer my business else where and she says that's what I thought! Wow but it only took an hour to fill the one my doctor called in at 1pm but the one that's been sitting there that I had to personally drop off can't be filled by 4:30pm btw I just got off the phone with these ignorant fools not 5 min ago it is now 2:32pm so you can't get it ready in the next 2 hours when u have already had it sitting there for over 3 hours wow! I swear it's been nothing but issues with them and I've only used them for 2 months. 0 STARS crappy service and even crappier staff"
