"The worst ever company I have ever had the misfortune to have to deal with. They draw you in with their marketing on how good their medication is..then you get it precribed..take it..realize it is effective..then when you want a refill they change their policies and you cant get a refill.and they leave you high and dry without your meds until all the pre authorization paperwork is completed ( which if they send it to the right Dr will get done a lot quicker!!) Which in my case they did not! Worst company Ever!! Soooo disorganized!"
"If I could leave ZERO stars I would. This company used to be good. I don't know what happened, but THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!! I cannot get my handicapped brother's SEIZURE medication refilled. The automated system immediately hangs up on you after you select 1 for knowing your RX number. If you hold to talk to someone, you hold for 7 minutes only to be told the call volume is high and you have to leave a message (even though the system said there were no calls ahead of you). I've left messages and NO ONE calls back. I got ONE person on the phone and they claimed they would have a supervisor call me. It's been 4 hours and no call. No medication. We're already having to cut his medication in half and he has had 1 seizure as a result. THEY DON'T CARE!!"
"UNRELIABLE! Didn’t notify us when the prescription was out of refills, which delayed delivery. We only found out because we called when we didn’t get the medicine as expected. Then they finally shipped the medicine but with a signature requirement (unlike previous deliveries) and the package was not delivered due to nobody being home. Now we are completely out of a critical daily medicine and have to hope FedEx can redeliver today on an emergency request. Tried calling the company to see what could prevent this in the future, but I can’t get anybody on the phone and was told to leave a message."
"This pharmacy service is absolutely the worst! Whenever I call I'm the 89th person waiting. There is no way to check on a delivery. When you use the auto refill option, you are NOT provided any tracking number for any follow up. Like others, I'm only using this pharmacy because I have to."
"ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED IN THIER SERVICES. I have been dealing with them for over a week and they claimed to straighten everything out yet my grandfather is still without HIS CANCER MEDS. I have been hung up on, redirected, and told he would receive his meds. I have been nothing but polite but I’ve had enough! YOUR HURTING MY GRANDFATHER. For those employees who “helped me” I’m glad you don’t have to go through what we are going through. SICK!"
