"At 82 I have difficulty using the log in. I have complained for the last 3 years to no avail. Additionally, using the “auto refill” service I often run out of a medicine before it arrives. This usually only happens when all my refills are used and the doctors office has to be contacted. When this happens I call the doctors office who say they either never received a refill request or it was sent when requested. Finger pointing as to is at fault!!!"
