"I love shopping at Marshall's! However, the last two visits have been really discouraging. I understand Hello Kitty Items are in hot demand. But every time I buy two or more items of the same thing ( NOT FOR RESELL, MY FRIENDS AND I LOVE HK, SO WE HELP EACH OTHER FIND THINGS) the associate always says you can only buy two because it is our store policy! There is no store policy that is written that you can only buy two of the same item. I have felt very discriminated these past two visits. Corporate needs to tell them what their policies are at ALL Marshall's because there is no policy stating that!!!"

"The customer service is very bad, very unprofessional. I was there to do a return and they told me if its online order we only do store credit return. Is this the easy way for them to do returns or what?I paid with credit card and the refund should have been back to my credit card. This is not my first time experience having issues with returns in this store, they tell me only store credit. I don't see online in marshalls policy for returns only store credit .This is very frustrating because when I go to another marshalls , don't have problems with returns, only this store. I hate to go to another store since this is in my area. This is unexpecteble and has to be addressed to their employees and train them properly. If they don't know how to do returns ask managers or someone around don't tell the customer we do store credit return. there were two coordinated ladies and both of them argued with me because they couldn't refund the funds to my credit card because it was apple pay and it was showing different number and was not matching my credit card. Even I showed them my apple pay where it shows the purchase and the credit card number, still only store credit. After 15 min arguing with me for the return , finally they called the manager and when the manager explained it to them the apple pay payment does not show the credit number , they returned my item but never apologized. I am very disappointed with their attitude and service. I will try to avoid and not go to that store anymore , because it is not worth it stressing myself and getting upset for no reason."

"You can buy different things here at the store. Clothes for kid's, men, and women. Purse's, some furniture, pan's. Picture frame other thing's for your pet dog or cat. Other little things to pick for Birthdays or Holiday's."

"Been to a few Marshall's stores but this one seems to have a lot more selection and always getting new merchandise in. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Parking lot is big and plenty of room along with other stores in that plaza so it's a win win always!. Great for last minute shopping since they have a bit of everything really. Definitely check it out, I'm sure you'll find something to buy."
