"Definitely do not recommend going here! Step son took his car there only for a flywheel replacement. Went to pick his car up drove it down the road shook and grinding noise, took it back they fixed that, picked it up again check engine lite on, won't go into 3rd gear, took back again and they said you need new transmission. 4 people drove this car and not 1 transmission issue with it just the fly wheel only, very rude when try to discuss it. And refuse to fix it. And the 2nd time it went back they admitted the guy didn't put fly wheel on correct. Do not go to this rip off place."
"Friendly staff but shoddy work and very overpriced. I paid over $1500 and my car is still leaking oil. Would go elsewhere if you actually want your car fixed."
"They worked on my car, they did a terrific job and very easy for me to work with. I will be going back for my car repairs!!"
"These people are AMAZING! We bought a truck that we found out had so many problems. Eckstein's has gone out of their way to to everything possible to fix our truck. They get us in as soon as they can and stand by their work. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all the work you have done to help us out!!!"
"I had to take my car in 3 times and my truck in twice. Both were still way out of alignment. They lied to me about online struts being worse for alignments. They lied to me about my truck needing 4 wheel alignment when the rear wheels have no adjustments. There were adjustments that needed to be made that never got touched. The rear track bar on my car has to be replaced because it can't move which means they never made that adjustment. And even though my vehicles were never correct I still had to pay. $130 and a lot of my time wasted."
