"Left me in pain with no place to go. I have been here for many procedures and my insurance has paid them thousands. Apparently my debit card didn’t go through on a $105 payment and I didn’t know. The second I received something in the mail I called and paid the money. Now I’m having issues and I called them to get an appointment. They are saying I have to pay the $600+ bill it would be to be seen up front, and then they would have my insurance send me the payment back. This is unacceptable and an awful way to treat a customer. This review used to be 5 stars and is now 1 star because of how I am being treated. No other dentists in the area will see anyone unless they are a prior patient. So now I have no dentist to go to and I’m left in pain because of $105 bill that a) I didn’t know about and b) has been paid for and was paid for the second I became aware of it. This is very awful."

"Cornerstone got me in last minute to pull a painful tooth, Dr. Moon and his team really took care of me, I have been so scared to get this pulled that I let it go to long. He made it go very smooth and pain free. He explained everything before he did anything. Not that I want to ho back to get a tooth pulled, I will go back for all my cleanings. Thanks team"
