"As a child, I did not get the orthodontic treatment that I needed. Now I’m in my late 30s having an impacted canine pulled into place. When I was in my 20s, Total dental care incorrectly told me that I could leave it where it was and not have any issues. 10 years later, I started having problems. I went to my current dentist and she explained that the only option (other than not having my front canine) would be to get braces. She referred me to Cusack who told me that there was no way the tooth would move into place because of my age. His plan was to pull my back teeth forward to close the gap and then leave the impacted canine alone. My dentist told me I absolutely should not do that and that if I did, not only would it cause problems down the road, but she would have to do a whole lot of dental work to correct my bite. She suggested Invisalign and a bridge. I decided to get an opinion from another ortho. I called Dr Flynn and I’m so glad I did. At my consult, she told me that she was pretty sure the tooth will move and showed me X-rays to explain why. Both her fees and down payment were significantly less than the other options . I am now a little over a year into it and that impacted tooth is no longer impacted. She was right! I didn’t have to have a mouth piece or a bridge. I can have all of my own teeth the way they are supposed to be, and for a very fair price. I am so glad I called her office. She’s definitely the most knowledgeable orthodontist in the area and most of all she cares about what is best for the patient and not putting money in her pocket as quickly as possible."

"Had braces 2 times second time I got to the end of the journey to be told that they would not bond wire or permit retainer that I would be getting a plastic alinger. Not what anyone cares to hear after spending 10,000 for 2 rounds of braces. Retainer was poorly maid with frays and did not fully cover front teeth I assume so that would be easier to break with more need to replace costing $200 per retainer. Will be going some where else for bonding. I believe in getting what I want when I pay for it. Saw a lack in care once I payed in advance. teeth are still rough after they sanded them down and glue on the back of my tooth was brushed off as a filling that is clearly on the tooth be tine the one they left glue on. Why go to appointments to see if teeth are still straight why they don’t care to prevent shifting from the start of the end of treatment. haha! I’ll go somewhere else."

"If I could rate them a 0 I would. Dr. Flynn and her staff are horrible with patient care. If you come here then you are definitely guaranteed to ruin your self confidence, that's all they strive to do. I went to orthodontics ltd in peoria and they were able to take my braces off for me."

"Dr. Flynn is an excellent orthodontist however the staff is unnecessarily rude. They’re clearly unhappy with their jobs and should find a profession where they aren’t allowed to engage customers. So glad my daughters braces are off and we rarely have to deal with those miserable people."
