"I kept being hurt by the girl taking my x-rays. I believe she was using a device that was WAY too large for my mouth. I told her a few times that she was hurting me, that I could NOT bite down on the device to hold it in place, that it hurt. She asked me to open, I said I could not open, because I could not close down on it at all. She responded, oh, you didn't? Finally she hurt me again and it felt like she was piercing the gums at the bone and kept pushing down and I yelled at her and told her to stop! that I'd had a lot of x-rays in my life and never been hurt like this ever, and if she did it again, it wasn't going to be pretty. I was asked to leave, which was way ok with me. I'll never be back to be hurt by an obvious trainee. I apologized but another person was put in and got the xrays completed immediately with a smaller device. I have been with the Peoria office much of my life and switched due to a closer location. Super disappointed that I was subjected to a torture chamber then blamed for protecting myself. In answer to your response, sending me a letter banning me from your office after I made it know I felt assaulted is not a way to resolve this issue. I felt I was being tortured and as a 30 year plus client I have been uninvited to do business with ANY of your offices? WOW. I'll find a dental office who listens with compassion when their trainee is inflicting pain and doesn't wait until the patient has to defend themselves against the assault that they feel they are being inflicted with. No, I WAS NOT GOING TO SIT THERE ONE MORE MINUTE AND BE TOLD IT REALLY DID NOT HURT THAT BAD, AND THAT YES, I DID HAVE TO BITE DOWN AND BREAK THE SKIN ON MY GUMS TO GET AN X RAY. SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR PRACTICE."

"I fear going to the dentist, always have. I've been to this facility 4 times now and I will.keep going back. Is it fun? No. But they explain everything, make sure you are as comfortable as possible, and do great work quickly. Every dentist facility should be like this one."
