Walgreens Pharmacy

"Initially went to Walmart got two prescriptions and was told to wait a day for one. They kept holding it back and saying they didn't have so I went to Walgreens. Walgreens said they had plenty so I figured I'd switch everything over to them. They said the one I needed would be ready give them a couple of hours. I came back and they had no information or record of prescriptions for me. Talked to manager and they assured me it would be the following day. Went back in and they got the two that I already had filled transfered but didn't know anything about the one that I needed that I mention and at this point I don't know what to do I really just need a pharmacy that's capable of filling at prescription. Walmart didn't surprise me shame on me for going there but Walgreens! Isn't this like their specialty? Anyways I've been without medication for 4 days I'll have to try cvs"

"Transferring all my Rx’s. This pharmacy is awful. Even on a good day it takes forever. I dropped off a Rx at 7 and was told 20 mins. I came back at 730. The line was 5 cars deep so I went inside. Then I was told they couldn’t start it until I was there and it would still be 15 more mins. I asked if I could pay and they said I can’t pay until it’s done, so I waited in the store. 20 mins later I went back to the window to check on my Rx. The response was we can’t start it until it’s paid for! I said I asked about that and was told I couldn’t pay. So I paid and was told 5 more mins. It took 20 more minutes for the Rx to be made. I waited a total of 40 mins in store for a Rx that should’ve already been completed. 70 minutes total when I was told 20 is unacceptable. Don’t waste your time at this place."

"I normally go to cvs to drop off my disposable cameras to get developed but I went to Walgreens instead. WORST MISTAKE EVER. It’s been almost 2 months and I haven’t gotten my pictures. They held my cameras for 3 weeks before having them shipped. I keep going to check if they have my pictures but “it’s in transit.” At this point I’m convinced they lost them."

"Although this Walgreens Pharmacy location can have long wait times during certain hours, the convenience of this location next to Eldorado makes waiting to get my medications worthwhile. The staff are knowledgeable and help me find which medications can go with which and are friendly."
