CVS Pharmacy

"After having used Walgreens the last twenty years my insurance company no longer has them as a preferred pharmacy so I made the switch to the CVS on Hall Johnson Rd in Grapevine. Since I noticed a lot of negative reviews I was expecting the worst but to my surprise the pharmacy folks were both friendly and helpful and that goes also to the store cashier. Don't believe everything you read...find out for yourself."

"Pharmacy staff at this location are extremely unprofessional, rude and unreasonable. Additionally, they don't make follow up phone calls as promised with no apparent remorse or repercussions. They will leave you hanging without your necessary prescriptions. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else."

"I have left this pharmacy and gone to walgreens when they have said it would be HOURS to fill a simple prescription. My doctor called a renewal to this place even after I asked for walgreens and it was a nightmare to just pick it up. Five people behind the counter and they all ignored me standing there for 10 minutes or more. They need a bell for customers to ring for assistance. When the pharmacy manager finally showed up, I had to tell him my name over and over and finally yelled it at him then my date of birth. Not very private. I gave them a bad review and the pharmacy manager CALLED ME AT HOME!!! to argue with me about my review. NEVER go to this pharmacy!"
